Since news of the COVID-19 virus hit our area, we have paid special attention to all the information coming out both on a national and local level. That includes information from our state and local government officials, as well as the information coming from the CDC and the Coronavirus Task Force. The government considers HVAC an “essential business” and we will, therefore, remain open until other directives come out.

A buildup of 0.42 inches of dirt on a heating or cooling coil can result in a decrease in efficiency of 21%.

J&R Heating and Cooling offers annual HVAC Preventative Maintenance Agreements.

We will come out to your house for a cooling inspection and a heating inspection each year. During these inspections we will check all electrical connections, all safety controls, blower motor, thermostat, outdoor fan motor and compressor, refrigerant charges; replace standard filter(s); and inspect and clean coils.
An Annual HVAC Preventative Maintenance Agreement is a comprehensive service agreement that is designed to:

Reduce the possibility of an air conditioning or heating breakdown
-
Reduce your utility and repair costs
-
Increase system capacity
-
Provide a 15% discount on repair costs
-
Provide preferential emergency service if the need arises
